Yahshua Mental & Spiritual Care provides psychotherapy and psychiatric services for adolescents, adults, couples, families, and older adults. Services include individual therapy, family therapy, couples counseling, premarital counseling, pastoral counseling, group therapy, psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and telehealth appointments.

Yes. We offer secure telehealth appointments, allowing eligible clients to receive quality mental health care from the comfort and privacy of home.

Our clinicians provide treatment for a wide range of behavioral health  concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, bipolar disorder,  OCD, Psychosis, relationship challenges, family conflict, emotional  regulation challenges, mood disorders, stress, and life transitions. 

Treatment is individualized and may include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), trauma-informed care, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Motivational Interviewing, Family Systems Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Gottman Method, Interpersonal Psychotherapy, Positive Psychology, and other evidence-based treatment approaches. 

Yes. Our psychiatric services include comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, ongoing medication monitoring, and collaboration with therapists and healthcare providers when appropriate. 

Yes. Medication management is available when clinically appropriate and is monitored through ongoing follow-up appointments to support your treatment plan. 

Yes. For clients who desire it, we thoughtfully integrate spiritual support into treatment while maintaining evidence-based clinical care. Spiritual integration is always guided by the client's preferences and values. 

Yes. We accept many major insurance plans, including Anthem Blue Cross  Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna, Medicaid, UnitedHealthcare, and more than 200  additional in-network plans. For those who have no insurance we offer  sliding scale cash fees and pro bono services for financially distressed  church members.
